Chief's staff members informed the officers that Wallen allegedly threw the chair from the establishment's sixth floor, as detailed in the arrest report.
Video footage reviewed by officers depicted Wallen "lunging and throwing an object over the roof," according to his arrest report, with witnesses reporting that Wallen chuckled afterward.
Wallen faces three counts of reckless endangerment—one for each officer and another for the public's safety—as well as a charge of disorderly conduct, as stated in the arrest report.
His bond was set at $15,250, and his next court appearance is scheduled for May 3rd, coinciding with his anticipated presence in Nashville for a tour stop at Nissan Stadium on May 2nd and 3rd, according to the Davidson County Criminal Court website.
